Lessons will be taught through a variety of mediums which include videos, activities, handouts and group discussions. Eight topics are discussed during the course: Healthy Families, Self-Esteem, Communication, Anger and Stress Management, Sexuality, Discipline I, II & III. Each class runs for 1 ½ hours. Nursery care is available for children 11 and under at no charge. The course fee is $20.00 per individual or $25.00 per couple. Participants will receive a binder with all the handouts given throughout the class, and this will become their own parenting manual.
